Inner & outer conflict take up so much space for most people that we don't have time, space or energy for anything else; I would like to change that. If inner and outer conflict can be addressed simultaneously, then we can free up huge amounts of energy, increasing our capacity for open, honest engagement.

There is a natural flow in the way we live our lives when there are few distractions. Conflicts create a blockage where the natural flow of peoples’ lives is halted in whatever area that conflict occurs. Like in any other system, a blockage in one area creates blockages in other areas as well. When this happens, we pay a price in many ways – time, money, stress, anxiety, productivity, self-esteem, distance from loved ones, irritability – the list goes on and on.

Dialogue is about getting your life back.  It’s about taking your life back by having the willingness and the courage to come to the table.  It’s about re-claiming your peace of mind by showing up in a space where we feel safe, and having a witness there to reflect your truth so that everyone hears it.

Sometimes dialogue results in the resolution of conflict.  Sometimes it simply looks like 2 or more people having a conversation about something that was too challenging to talk about before.  And it’s everywhere in between. What it looks like for you is being able to move forward, re-engaging the flow of your life.
